1. Acceptance of these Terms

Krowd is a social app for reacting to TV programs and live events together in real time. By creating an account or using Krowd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Who can use Krowd

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Krowd. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

3. Your content

You own the takes, photos, videos, voice messages, stories, polls, and other content you post. By posting, you grant Krowd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service so other members can see and react to it.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content you don't have the right to share.

4. Community rules

No harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying. No nudity or sexually explicit content. No violent, illegal, or dangerous content. No spam, scams, or impersonation. No posting other people's private information.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Every take, story, clip, message, and profile can be reported anonymously, and members can block or mute anyone. Krowd automatically filters slurs, hate speech, and threats before they are ever published. Content reported by multiple unrelated members is removed automatically, and accounts that are repeatedly reported are suspended for escalating terms.

We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the member who posted it. Full details are in the End User License Agreement, which you must accept before creating an account.

5. Live features

Krowd includes live streams, voice and video calls, and real-time threads. The same community rules apply to everything you broadcast or say live. Live content may be visible to anyone in the room while you stream.

5a. Invite & Earn referral rewards

Every member gets a personal invite code. A friend counts toward your rewards only when they join with your code in their first 14 days on Krowd and then start a paid Krowd Premium subscription through the App Store. A free trial alone does not count, a person who was already subscribed does not count, and each Apple subscription can only ever count once.

Rewards: 4 subscribed friends earns 25% off Premium for a year, 8 earns 50% off for a year, 12 earns 75% off for a year, and 20 earns a free year. You choose the monthly or yearly plan when you claim. Each reward is delivered as an Apple offer code, redeemed through the App Store, and is subject to Apple's offer code terms. If you already subscribe, the discount starts at your next renewal date; otherwise it starts when you redeem it. Codes must be redeemed before the expiration date shown with the code.

Rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are limited to one of each tier per person. Creating fake or duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or any other abuse voids rewards and may lead to account suspension. We may change or end the program at any time; rewards you have already unlocked will still be honored.

6. Program information

Show and sports schedules, artwork, team logos, and program descriptions are provided by third-party sources for identification and information. Krowd is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any network, streaming platform, league, or team.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your profile and content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers

Krowd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will note the new effective date on this page. Continuing to use Krowd after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
