End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement is a binding contract between you and Allen Apps LLC covering your use of the Krowd app. You must accept it before you can create an account or sign in. If you do not accept it, do not use Krowd.

Allen Apps LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Krowd on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

THERE IS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR ON KROWD. By accepting this agreement you agree not to post, send, stream, or share any content that is objectionable, and not to behave abusively toward any other member.

Objectionable content includes, without limitation: harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse; hate speech, slurs, or content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation; threats of violence or content that encourages violence or self-harm; nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material; any sexual content involving minors; content promoting illegal acts, dangerous behavior, or the sale of illegal goods; spam, scams, phishing, or impersonation; and posting another person's private information.

Accounts that post objectionable content or abuse other members are removed from Krowd. Serious violations result in immediate and permanent termination on the first offense, with no refund and no right of appeal.

3. Automatic filtering

Krowd automatically screens every take, poll, story caption, direct message, display name, and bio before it is published. Content containing slurs, hate speech, or threats is refused outright and never reaches another member. Strong profanity is masked automatically.

You agree not to attempt to evade this filter, including by disguising, misspelling, or obfuscating prohibited terms. Attempting to evade the filter is itself a violation of this agreement.

4. Reporting and blocking

Every take, poll, story, clip, live stream, message, and profile in Krowd can be reported. Tap the ⋯ menu on any content, or the ⋯ menu on any profile, and choose Report. Reports are anonymous — the person you report is never told who reported them.

You can block any member from their profile or from the ⋯ menu on their content. Blocking immediately removes that member's content from your feeds, stops them from seeing or interacting with you, ends any follow relationship in both directions, and silences their direct messages and calls. Blocking also notifies our moderation team so the blocked account and its content can be reviewed.

5. Our enforcement commitment

We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. When a report is upheld, we remove the offending content and eject the member who posted it.

In addition to our own review, Krowd enforces automatically: content reported by multiple unrelated members is removed for everyone, and an account reported by five different members is suspended for escalating terms — 1 day, then 3, 7, 30, 90, and 365 days — with permanent termination for repeated or severe violations.

To report something urgent, email admin@allenappsllc.com with the username and a description and we will act on it.

6. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post and for your conduct on Krowd. You retain ownership of your content and grant Allen Apps LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the service so other members can see and react to it.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Krowd, and you must keep your account credentials secure.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account, which permanently removes your profile, takes, stories, and messages. Allen Apps LLC may suspend or terminate your account and this license at any time if you violate this agreement.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Krowd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Allen Apps LLC does not pre-screen all content and is not responsible for content posted by members. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allen Apps LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and has no responsibility for Krowd. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
