The fastest way to reach a real person is email: admin@allenappsllc.com. We read every message and reply by email, usually within 1–2 business days.

You can also tap Settings → Contact Support inside the app — it opens a pre-filled email with your username and app version attached, so we can help without any back-and-forth.

Common questions

I forgot my password: email us from the address linked to your account and we will help you recover it. Linking an email or phone in Settings → Security also enables 2-step verification codes.

A thread will not open: program threads unlock exactly 48 hours before the program airs. Until then you will see a countdown with a Remind Me button.

I want to report someone: tap the … menu on any take, story, clip, or profile and choose Report. Reports are anonymous. You can also block or mute anyone from their profile.

I want my account deleted: open Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us and we will permanently remove your profile, takes, stories, and messages.

Live video or audio is not working: check that camera and microphone access are enabled for Krowd in the iOS Settings app.

I don't want friends to see what I'm watching: open Settings → Notifications → Friends Watching and turn off "Let friends know what I'm watching." You can also stop receiving these alerts there.

Safety and moderation

Krowd has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Every take, story, clip, and profile can be reported anonymously; content reported by multiple unrelated members is removed automatically, and repeatedly reported accounts are suspended for escalating terms.

To report something urgent, email admin@allenappsllc.com with the username and a description, and we will act on it.

Krowd is an iPhone app published by Allen Apps LLC. It is free to join and read. Free members get 3 interactions every 24 hours; Krowd Premium ($2.99/month or $19.99/year, each with a 7-day free trial) removes the limit. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
